Your Role
- Achieve sales target by focus on assigned key accounts and implement sales activities.
- Identify customer decision making process, build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders at different level on customer side;
- Find out customer needs, transformation opportunities through visits, walk the line, etc.
- Organize sales activities in a professional way, such as demo, seminars…etc. to provide valuable solution.
- Follow up customer complaints, cooperate with service and project team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales target/ market share target and maximize company profitability
- Promote brand image in the market
- Work closely with the customer center key account team
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve receivables & overdues
- Continuous improve job required competence
- Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the manager
To succeed, you will need
Education
- Bachelor degree with major in Auto or M&E
Experience
- At least 5 years working experience in sales
- Background in motor vehicle industry is a must
- Premium brands selling experience is required
Knowledge
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge
- PC skill is a must
- University degree or above with engineering background
Skill
- Good communication skills

Language
- Good English skill in reading, writing and spoken is required
