Senior Accountant / Controller to a Finnish SaaS company. N.Rich employs over 50 people and we operate internationally, mainly across Europe and the US. Bookkeeping is done using Netvisor. Additionally to accounting, the position involves budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting (FP&A) as well as paying the salaries. There is one junior person in the finance team already and currently accounting is outsourced. We are looking for a person who has potential to grow into a leadership role (CFO).
N.Rich is a growing startup so it's important to be able to work efficiently in constantly changing environment and with developing processes. It's necessary to have the flexibility of wearing multiple hats. We operate predominantly in English, but the affairs with Finnish authorities need to be managed in Finnish (e.g. the Finnish tax office). It's not mandatory to have SaaS experience, but it will be required to quickly learn and understand the specific metrics and approaches to SaaS financial tracking (e.g.

The) work is fully remote, so the location doesn't matter as long as the work can be done in CET timezone.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting / Finance in a Finnish company is required. Experience with Netvisor would be useful. Master's degree or equivalent would be required necessary.
