We are looking for a Global Process Owner, Quality Management (QM) for our Business Processes and Systems team.
Global Process Owner will have a key role in developing, training and supporting the business with QM processes. You will work together with development teams and business stakeholders globally. We will have two global process owners in our team for the QM area and your main focus will be on non-conformity handling processes. You will have end-to-end ownership of the agreed QM processes.
Your key responsibilities:
Develop and implement global quality management processes, procedures, guidelines and systems to meet the requirements of the business and relevant standards
Manage system and reporting development requirements related to your process area
Simplify and maintain existing documentation and training materials and create new materials as needed
Coordinate and provide system, process and reporting training and support to business users
Follow and improve process performance and compliance in cooperation with group and business area quality teams and business units
Collaborate with local process owners, key users, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and end-to-end process optimization
Manage actions from your process areas related to defined process implementations
What you should bring:
5 years experience in quality management
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering; a Master's or graduate degree preferred
Fluency in English, other language skills are an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex phenomena
Process-oriented thinking and attention to details
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact and operate in a multicultural environment and with remote teams
Experience in process and system development and implementation
Furthermore, experience or skills related to the following are considered an advantage:
Lean Six Sigma
SAP QM
PowerBI
Siebel Field Service
Business process modelling with QPR
Process mining
The work can be done partly remotely. You should be able and willing to travel up to 25% of the working time globally.
