International Sales Manager - Health Tourism [Turkey]


 

We are seeking talented International Sales Manager who will join our dynamic and international team in Istanbul, Ümraniye.

Qualifications:

  • Having Self-Confidence, being an extrovert, and having a chatty personality with a presentable posture by paying extra attention to her/his appearance.

  • Being a role model and mentoring salespeople to help them achieve their individual & team objectives.
  • Put forth the initiative and responsibility of implementing internal and external customer satisfaction-oriented solutions and approaches based on the quality principles of the institution.
  • Having adopted the principle of providing effective communication and friendly service in managing client and patient relations.
  • Having 3+ years experience in the healthcare service sector working in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgeries, Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Aesthetics, Obesity Surgeries, and Medical Aesthetics of the organization and marketing processes is a plus.
  • Must have fluency speaking in Advanced English; having a second foreign language proficiency, such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, is a plus.
  • Having an ability to work in hybrid working days and hours due to time differences in target countries.
  • Residing in Istanbul or can relocate to Istanbul.
  • Managing the multinational sales teams under your supervision to improve their performance and productivity by providing deep knowledge and experience in persuasion and overcoming objections.
  • Point out any possible communication channels such as phone calls, messenger apps, video calls, or e-mail to increase the lead reaching efficiency.
  • Producing and offering marketing campaigns and strategies for treatment service packages and after-care products according to the target country competition challenges and seasonal events.
  • Giving daily, weekly and monthly feedback about the sales team's data handling performances by analyzing data quality and tracking and finalizing the treatment service packages' sales deals,
  • Take action according to the new instructions and updates from the board members and marketing manager based on your routine tasks and seasonal marketing campaigns,
  • Working to achieve sales targets in line with the monthly and annual targets, focusing on patient satisfaction and following corporate standards.
  • Demonstrate the required performance to achieve KPI Parameters and Sales targets,
  • Coaching, motivating, encouraging the sales teams and each person within the team according to their personal SWOT Analysis results and skills.
  • Help, resolve or report the issues and conflicts that arise in the ongoing communication or post-ops with the patients.
