We are looking for a hard-working Kitchenhand and Waitress/Waiterto join our busy eatery in Auckland.
As the rightcandidate for each position,you will be performing the following tasks:
For Kitchenhand, you will be performing the following tasks:
- Set up workstation for daily operation.

Check to ensure all equipment is operational.- Assist chef or cook to check stock level, stock order, check deliveries.
- Check, label place items into fridge, onto shelfs upon delivery.
- Clean, weight, cut, portioning raw ingredients.
- Cleans up workstation and all cooking utensils.
- Prepare salads, mix sauces and minor cooking under supervision of Chef.
- Pack, label and check food orders for takeaways
- Clean up the kitchen including bench, floor and equipment. assist with washing dishes.
For Waiter and Waitress
- greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists.
- Take orders and send to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendation.
- Process payments and operate the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
Requirements for each position
For Kitchen hand:
- Familia with Asiancuisine and ingredient is preferred but not necessary.
- Relevant kitchen experience is an advantage but not necessary.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking be ready to run the extra mile for the company.
- Attention to detail and must be able to work under pressure, alone as well as a team.
For Waitress and Waiter
- Previous work experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register for payment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking be ready to run the extra mile for the company.
- Ability to work aloneaswell as a team.

- Employment type: Full time permanent
- Hourly rate: $ 28.18 $ 30.00 /hour gross, depending on your experience.
- Hours per week: A minimum of 30 hours per week, no more than 60 hours per week depending on roster.
- Working hour: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M, depending on roster. May be asked to work on Public holiday.
