Zurich Capability Center is looking for:
IT COMMERCIAL & SERVICES CONSULTANT
My activities:
- Understand a client’s business strategy and help to define the link with technology
- Understand a client’s business strategy and help to define the link with technology
- Support in shaping the agenda of multiple C-level positions on the customer agenda
- Operate with a client-first mindset and shape the path to deliver successful outcomes by communicating in a concise way with all clients
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills by developing financial models and business cases, measuring the value generated from improved customer experience and/or reduced cost-to-serve
- Guide our clients through the transformation program to successfully implement their strategies
Qualifications:
- A Master degree in IT related field
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in relevant Technology Strategy domains
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing project-based work
- Knowledge of IT Strategy and IT Governance frameworks
- Experience in sales or consulting work
- High competence in preparing materials and performing presentations required (MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word))
- Advanced English
