Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Machinery/ Equipment
- Position Title: Sales Admin
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri (9 am – 6 pm), Sat (9 am – 1 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Stay familiar with new products and features.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role is advantageous.
- Good skills with MS Office.
