About the Role

As a TikTok Shop Operations & Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the TikTok shop, including collaborating with TikTok creators, adding and maintaining products, and generating reports. You’ll work with a talented team of individuals who are passionate about building a world-class technology platform and creating a unique launchpad for brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with creator onboarding, including evaluating new creators.
    • Provide support to creators by enhancing their understanding of products, seasonal trends, and keeping them informed about promotions and events we participate in.
    • Establish partnerships with high-performing creators when launching new products on TikTok Shop.
    • Foster engagement with creators, offering suggestions and best practices to inspire them to generate more content.
    • Upload new products onto TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless integration with automatic order fulfillment systems.
    • Optimize pricing strategies to strike a balance between conversion rates, revenue, and profit, while safeguarding the performance of our Amazon business.
    • Maintain a good shop health score by proactively monitoring and addressing any issues.
    • Actively pursue opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability on TikTok Shop through participation in events and implementation of effective promotion strategies.
    • Conduct regular meetings with our TikTok Shop representative to stay up-to-date on new tools and opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with the customer obsession team to stay informed about customer service-related matters, order fulfillment challenges, and after-sales support.
    • Work alongside the supply chain team to ensure sufficient inventory availability at the designated fulfillment locations.
    • Generate comprehensive reports reflecting weekly revenue, costs, and profits for the entire TikTok Shop operation (this process currently involves some manual effort).
    • Compile reports at the creator and/or product level to inform decision-making and guide future actions.

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
    • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in operations, data analysis, and relationship management.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members.
    • Knowledge of TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
    • Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus.
    • Fluent in English and Chinese.
