หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various positions across the organization.
- Collaborate with the faculty and college to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Conduct job analysis and create accurate and compelling job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Lead and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history and educational credentials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, including proactive sourcing and networking.
- Implement and maintain an applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline the recruitment process and track key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement innovative strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Provide guidance and training on effective recruitment and selection techniques.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, manpower report and metrics to Director and CEO.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven experience in managing and prioritizing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
