Job Summary

My client are an interior design studio based in Hong Kong. They are curretly looking to hire a Document Controller to their team.

In thsi role you will work with their documentation team and outsource company and you will upload documents, monitor files incoming.

Each project they are working on has its own platform requirements so you will have to be able to adapt to individual setups.

You will be a good communicator and be able to liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.

Requirements

• Design office prior experience.
• Team-player and able to task-oriented with good time management.
• Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Aconex knowledge .
• BIM360 knowledge useful.
• Procore knowledge useful.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
