Responsibilities for barista
- Able to provide in a perfectly poured and timely manner all coffee, tea, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages on the F&B menu
- The Barista is responsible for greeting our guests, providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards, taking orders, making quality beverage items to order, handling cash transactions, completing side work, unloading and storing warehouse deliveries
- Knowledgeable and practices food safety codes and governing standards
- Checks food temperatures frequently throughout shift
- Monitors temperature of freezers, refrigeration, and heating units throughout shift
- Inspects items for integrity
- Portions and packages cold food items
- Makes coffee, juice and smoothies
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work area, the coffee serving and seating areas, equipment, storage, counter tops and cupboards, tile, microwaves, tables, chairs and tray return
- Follows proper cleaning techniques
Qualifications for barista
- Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and sense of urgency
- Demonstrate a passion for coffee or customer service
- Flexible, with the ability to multi-task in a highly demanding environment
- Ability to cooperate successfully as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, including giving and receiving feedback on the quality of services

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
