Job Description- Talent Acquition Intern
For a 3-months online internship, we are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition intern with strong communication skills to carry out numerous administrative tasks and help our HR department's daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Create a plan for the interview and selection process, including phone screens, tests, and in-person meetings.
- Analyse applicant data, such as resumes and contact information.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the needs for each position.
- Lead initiatives for employer branding.
- Develop enduring connections with previous applicants and potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or enrollment in coursework for a degree in that discipline or a comparable one.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid organisation and attention to detail; ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Independent working skills.
