About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. As a Junior Accounts Administrator, you will be exposed to a variety of duties within the Accounts Department including Data Inputting, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and general administrative duties.

We operate both online, and via our physical retail stores, with almost 300 stores spread across Europe and the UK. We source our product range from an extensive array of UK, European, and international suppliers.
This role is located at our Head Office in Galway.
Salary: €27,000 - €32,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, key responsibilities will include:
- Accurate data inputting into appropriate financial systems
- General finance administration including:
- Invoice processing
- Creditor, bank and nominal ledger reconciliations
- weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Financial Data Analysis / KPI Reporting
- Any other ad hoc assignments as assigned by management
The candidate will have:
- Relevant third level qualification - Desired, but not essential
- Previous experience in an ‘Accounts’ environment is an advantage
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in full Microsoft package, especially Excel
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly numerate and process focused
